Shape up for Summer Beauty Essentials

It has been a long cold winter and summer is right around the corner. It is time to start thinking about getting into shape for some summer fun.
The winter season can take a big toll on tender skin. The winter winds, static air with no humidity, dry heat from our homes, it all adds up to really do a number on our body. By the end of the winter season our skin feels like a cracked, parched, dry, an itchy mess. The winter can also leave our hair limp and static almost lifeless. Most of us can identify with this feeling. You are probably thinking the weather is finally getting warmer and I need to start getting into shape. But before you put on those flip flops and shorts, take a look at some beauty tips to get you into shape:

1. Exfoliate

Revive your body by removing the dead skin cells and storing its natural glow. Exfoliate the skin periodically, about once a week, except if your skin is oily, then you should exfoliate twice a week. Exfoliate the entire body along with your face. It is also important to unclog pores and remove dead skin cells from the face. But your face is much more sensitive, so be sure to use an exfoliate product that is specifically for the face.

Here are some exfoliating product recommendations:

bliss full body buffing products – this buffing bundle seems to be a favorite among many women. The bundle includes:

  • Hot Salt Scrub
  • Foaming Face Wash

2. Fight Cellulite

Many women suffer from the dreaded cellulite build up which is a toxin build up, and you don’t need to be over weight to have it, even the thin and slender suffer from the ugly cellulite. But there are products and recommendations to help you fight the cellulite battle.

3. Get out that Sunscreen

Apply sunscreen at least 20 minutes before heading outdoors, and reapply every two hours. And sunscreen isn’t just for the skin, our hair also needs to be protected from the Sun’s damaging rays. Use hair products that have SPF – shampoos, leave in conditioners, gels and sprays – it is important to protect color treated hair from fading ,most of us want our highlights and hair color to last as long as possible. Protecting yourself from the Sun’s damaging rays will keep you skin looking and feeling young.
